Hitayu 90-Day Hair Oil Challenge – Contest Rules (with Do’s/Don’ts & Refund Clause)

The following rules govern participation in the Hitayu 90-Day Hair Challenge for users of Hitayu 3-in-1 Ayurvedic Hair Oil in India. Please review all points carefully. This draft should be reviewed by your legal/compliance team before final use.

1	Eligibility & Registration	The “Hitayu 90-Day Hair Challenge” is open to Indian residents aged 18 years and above. Employees, agents, distributors and immediate family of Hitayu / Hitayu Holistic are not eligible. Do: Register with your full name, mobile number, email ID, city and accept these terms on the official link/WhatsApp flow. Don’t: Use fake identities, multiple registrations or someone else’s photos. Such entries may be disqualified.
2	Challenge Period & Product Usage	The challenge runs for 90 continuous days from [Start Date] to [End Date]. Participants must use Hitayu 3-in-1 Ayurvedic Hair Oil as per pack instructions for the full 90 days. Do: Warm 2–3 teaspoons, apply on scalp, massage gently, leave for at least 30 minutes/overnight, and wash with a paraben & sulphate free shampoo, 2–3 times a week. Keep a simple usage log. Don’t: Skip long stretches and still claim full results, or mix with harsh chemical treatments (strong colours/straightening) during the challenge without professional advice. Avoid using multiple products.
3	Yoga & Lifestyle Do’s	To support hair fall control, regrowth and premature greying, a healthy routine is recommended (not mandatory). Do: Aim for ~20 minutes of yoga/ like Adho Mukha Svanasana, Sarvangasana, Balasana, Vajrasana (after meals), Kapalbhati (within comfort), and Anulom-Vilom. Try to sleep by ~10 PM and manage stress. Don’t: Force any asana that causes pain, or start advanced poses without guidance—especially if you have medical issues.
4	Diet Do’s & Don’ts	A balanced, hair-supportive diet enhances results. Do: Include foods like amla (fresh/juice), black sesame (til), coconut water & coconut, moringa leaves/powder, soaked almonds & walnuts, sprouts (biotin + zinc), beetroot & carrot, and vegetarian protein (dal, paneer, rajma, etc.). Don’t: Overdo junk food, sugary snacks, and excess tea/coffee, as these may affect hair health and pigmentation.
5	Hair Care & Chemical Exposure	Gentle care is important throughout the challenge. Do: Use gentle shampoo, and avoid very tight hairstyles that pull hair. Protect hair from excess heat and pollution where possible. Don’t: Wash hair with very hot water, use frequent harsh chemical colours, or assume oil alone will counter heavy styling or damage.
6	Use of Natural Remedies	Some participants may also use simple natural remedies. Do: If you like, after a patch test, you may use traditional options like amla + bhringraj juice, onion juice (once a week), or methi (fenugreek) paste mask, along with Hitayu oil. Stop immediately if irritation occurs. Don’t: Apply any remedy (or oil) on broken/infected/inflamed scalp, or continue using it if you experience itching, burning, rash or discomfort—consult a doctor.
7	Health & Medical Disclaimer	This is a wellness-based challenge, not a medical treatment. Individual results depend on genetics, hormones, lifestyle and health conditions. Do: Consult a doctor if you have thyroid/hormonal issues, severe hair loss, scalp disease, are pregnant, or on regular medication before changing your routine. Stop use and seek medical advice if you notice strong reactions. Don’t: Treat this contest as a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment.
8	Documentation, Photos & Proof	To qualify for rewards/refunds, entries must be authentic and complete. Do: Share clear “Day 1”to “Day 90” weekly photos/videos (jio tag, same angle, similar lighting & hairstyle), along with a basic log of oil usage and key routine steps. Keep your invoice/order confirmation and pack details safely. Don’t: Use filters, edited photos, wigs, or images of another person. Hitayu may reject entries that appear manipulated, inconsistent with the 90-day timeline, or incomplete.
9	Results, Verification & Refund Terms	Hair fall reduction, regrowth and greying control usually take time and vary per person. For many users, hair fall may start reducing in 3–4 weeks, baby hair may appear around 8–12 weeks, and shine/greying control may improve over 3–6 months, but this is not guaranteed. Verification: Only participants who have: (a) used Hitayu 3-in-1 Ayurvedic Hair Oil for the full 90 days, (b) followed basic Do’s/Don’ts reasonably, and (c) submitted valid photos, logs and purchase proof, will be considered for any money-back benefit. Refund Clause (Challenge Promise): For eligible and approved “no-improvement” cases (as determined by Hitayu’s review team), Hitayu will refund the cost of the oil only, excluding courier/shipping charges, COD charges, packing cost and GST. In other words, only the base product price (after discounts, if any) will be refunded; all logistics, COD, packing and tax components are non-refundable. The refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as per Hitayu’s internal policy.
10	General Terms, Rights & Data	By participating, you agree to all these rules and to Hitayu’s Website Terms, Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, as may be updated. Do: Allow Hitayu to use your name, city, photos/videos and testimonials from the challenge for marketing, digital, print and PR use without additional compensation, if you are selected/featured. Your personal data will be used only for contest communication and brand-related updates. Don’t: Post abusive, defamatory or inappropriate content against the brand or other participants, or attempt fraud. Hitayu reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the challenge, or disqualify any participant, at its sole discretion in case of misuse, legal/regulatory requirements or technical issues.

Hitayu Holistic Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the 90-Day Challenge and its Terms at any time without prior notice.
